All Winter Sport event organisers are to be aware that the LOC has issued guidance by way of LOC FRAGO 20-247 which remains in force for all Overseas Travel up until 30 Sep 20 – you are advised to read. Event organisers should remain cautious when looking to organise any Overseas Travel from 1 Oct to 31 Dec 20. In the current COVID-19 environment, where discretional overseas travel (which includes Winter Sports Activity) is currently cancelled, event organisers are advised not to commit any funding to tour operators or travel companies/airlines etc. prior to receiving authority from ASCB and advice from the ASL on any potential ASL grant. LOC will be conducting a further series of estimates to review Army overseas activity from 1 Oct to 31 Dec 20.
