On Wednesday 22nd October 2025, the Army Winter Sports Association launched its 2025 Impact Report, studying the contribution that Army Winter Sports makes to the components of fighting power. Each year, around 3,000 soldiers take part in Army Winter Sports, competing in eight challenging and exciting disciplines across 37 exercises and seven NATO countries. This report tells the story of how Army Winter Sports is helping to make the Army modern, lethal, and ready for whatever may lie ahead.
