2012 OPEN CHAMPS
The 2012 Open Champs are run by the Army Telemark Ski Association and are open to all members of the UK Armed Forces (regular and reserve) and UK civilians. Members of foreign militaries are also welcome and are invited to contact the secretary on the details at the bottom of the page.
The 2012 Open Championships will take place in Rauris in Austria for the 5th year and will run from 07-19 Jan 2012. No previous telemark experience is required although some prior experience in Nordic or Alpine Skiing is a pre-requisite as there is not time to teach complete novice skiers how to telemark over the duration of the championships.
